  David is by far and away the absolute BEST real estate agent I have ever worked with! Working with David was stress free and extremely informative, David's knowledge of structures, building materials, and craftsmanship is unparalleled in his industry. David showed me 25+ properties over the course of about 18 months and some of those properties we visited a few times; his patience with me was absolutely amazing, I am not sure anyone else in this world would have worked so hard to ensure I found the perfect house for me! David's communication skills are second to none, even when he had other clients he always took the time to answer my call or send me a text, he always made me feel like I was his only client and his #1 priority. David and I submitted several offers on properties and due to his acute awareness of market conditions and fluctuations he saved me from making potential buyer mistakes on multiple occasions. David was always the down-to-earth agent when I would get starry-eyed and dreamy about a particular property, he always had my budget and best interests in mind and often times had to snap me back into fiscal reality. One of the things I liked most about David's style is that he showed me every property and submitted every offer I requested even if he did not agree with the showing or the offer, he never once turned down one of my requests. I love the house that I purchased, it was the diamond in the rough for me and I owe it all to David for not letting desperation get the best of me and potentially making a huge mistake. David made the closing process a breeze, he was so prepared that I was asking myself "could it be this simple?" I have had vehicle transactions take longer than my home closing! In the end, I owe the wonderful home I purchased to David's expertise, perseverance and patience. Davis is the only agent I will ever work with and the only one I would recommend to my family, friends, and colleagues.
